Mike Courtney is an author, speaker and Life Coach. He has 25 years experience in Pastoral Counseling to families, individuals and couples. He is also a husband and father who lives out his own recovery one day at a time. As director of the recovery center, Mike takes a personal interest in each client, each group and each recovery meeting. Mike is the author of Failure And How I Achieved It: a journey from addiction to hope. He and his wife Doris speak across the country on the intimacy that comes from brokenness.

Tracey Robison is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Specialty specification. She has 16 years experience in the mental health field. Tracey is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and graduated with a Masters Degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University in 1993. Tracey serves as Director of Counseling for Branches in addition to seeing clients. Tracey lives in Smyrna, Tennessee with her wonderful husband. Bill. God has blessed them with two beautiful children, Marley and Walker.

Mike Bivins is a Licensed Pastoral Counselor and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. Mike is trained in Temperament Theory and works with the Arno Temperament Profile System. He is pursuing a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling from the National Christian Counseling Association family of theological universities. Mike and his family reside in Murfreesboro and worship at Belle Aire Baptist Church where he serves as an adult Sunday school teacher and deacon. His wife, Debby, leads women in various Bible studies and they both are speakers for the Simply Free Conferences.

Chandy Powell has her MA in Clinical Counseling. She works with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Chandy is a Certified Temperament therapist and is Board Certified in Marriage and Family Therapy. She also has training in EMDR. Chandy lives with her husband, Tommy, and their youngest son in Bradyville, TN. They have an older son who lives in Murfreesboro. Chandy and her family attend World Outreach Church where she sings in the Praise Team.

Debi Russell counsels and leads support groups for teens at Branches Recovery Center. She is training with the National Christian Counseling Association. Her husband Scott is youth pastor at River Oaks Community Church where they attend with their children. Debi and Scott live in Murfreesboro.

Trish Wilson is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Special Practitioner specification.  She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology and has 14 years experience in the mental health field. Trish primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for treating most issues.  She assists with teaching an adult women’s class at her church, works in the women’s discipleship ministry, and participates in her church’s Care Ministry Program helping to acclimate visitors and new members to the church’s programs.

Philip Foster is a Pastoral Counselor and a graduate of Regent University, Virginia.  Philip has a Master of Arts in Life Coaching and Mentoring and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling from Liberty University.  Philip is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors where he is completing his certification in Biblical Counseling.  Philip has extensive experience in Grief, Addiction, relationship, forgiveness and general counseling issues.  Philip resides in Murfreesboro and worships at World Outreach Church where he serves in Small Group and Children’s Ministry.

Bill Robison is Counselor and Certified Life Coach at Branches Recovery Center in Murfreesboro, TN. After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, he spent 10 years working with behaviorally disordered children, adolescents, and their families focused on behavioral change, goal setting, and decision-making. At Branches, Bill primarily works with clients in the areas of depression, anxiety, marriage and family issues, sexual addiction, as well as life coaching. He is also certified in EMDR. In addition to his work at Branches, Bill is a proud husband and dad as well as an avid cyclist and artist.
